Easy Coach Dream
Before establishing his own transport company, he spent 17 years serving as Chief Financial Officer, where he gained extensive experience in the industry.
He later relocated from Canada to Kenya to set up the transport business, despite initial discouragement from his family members.
While in Kenya, he met stiff competition from the then-popular Akamba transportation firm, which was famous among Kenyan passengers.
He took the challenge, ventured into the business, and increased the transportation charges. This looked like a setup for his early downfall. However, he stood his ground on the increased fare charges.

He started charging Ksh500 for bus fares, while his competitors charged 400, a move that could have posed a risk of becoming a non-operational bus company.
Despite facing discouragement after the fare hike, Dossa continued his effort to establish Easy Coach as a leading brand in Kenya.
The premium luxury and comfort made the Easy Coach popular, and passengers started flocking to the bus terminals.
Aside from the business side of Azym, he is a family man and has been married for over 50 years.
The businessman credits his family for their support and as a pillar as he made his way to becoming a sought-after businessman.
