Kioni Hint on Company Refilling Police Water Cannons
The reactions came after Jubilee Secretary General Jeremiah Kioni hinted at the name and the location of the company refilling police water cannons.
Speaking in Nakuru on June 21, Kioni advised the protesters to investigate the identity of the company, which he said is located in the Industrial Area of Nairobi.
Kioni said the company is privately owned and questioned its involvement in frustrating peaceful protesters.
“I want to give you some tips, you people should investigate these water cannons used in protests. Where do they go for refilling in Industrial Area? Do that research; you will not take a minute or two. It starts with the letter R. I will not say anything else,” Kioni said.
