The National Employment Authority Integrated Management System (NEAIMS) has more than 290,000 job opportunities listed for Kenyan citizens, making it one of the government’s main online platforms for connecting job seekers with employers.
The official NEAIMS website currently shows 290,747+ job opportunities, more than 8,700 employers, 778 recruitment agencies and about 252,900 active online users.
The platform covers all 47 counties and lets Kenyans search for and apply for jobs through the government system.
NEAIMS is operated by the National Employment Authority (NEA) under the State Department for Labour.
The system brings together job seekers, employers and private employment agencies and also provides services linked to overseas employment.
How Kenyans Can Register on NEAIMS
A Kenyan looking for employment must first create a Jobseeker/Intern account on the NEAIMS website.
The registration form requires details including nationality, National ID or Alien ID, first name, surname, other names, current employment status, email address, phone number and the applicant’s nearest NEA office.
Applicants must also create and confirm a password and agree to the platform’s terms.

The NEAIMS procedures guide states that after creating an account, a job seeker can return to the home page and log in using their National ID number as the username and the password created during registration.
Applicants should provide accurate information when registering.
NEAIMS warns that submitting false information may lead to prosecution.
The platform also requires qualification information to be validated by the relevant examining bodies before the qualifications are approved and submitted by NEA to employers for consideration.
How to Search and Apply for Jobs
After logging into NEAIMS, job seekers can browse available vacancies and apply for positions that match their qualifications and experience.
The platform offers jobs in Kenya, abroad, and through Kenya Government-to-Foreign-Government employment programs.
NEA advises job seekers to apply for vacancies advertised by employers through the portal rather than relying on unverified job advertisements circulating elsewhere.
NEAIMS also allows users to access information on registered employers and private employment agencies.
This is particularly important for Kenyans seeking jobs abroad because the government platform lets applicants check recruitment agencies before engaging with them.
The system includes a registered agencies section that lets users check whether a recruitment agency is legitimate.
It also lets users report a fake recruitment agency.
Private employment agencies must register, submit their business documents, undergo verification, and obtain licensing approval before using the system to manage applicants and advertise vacancies.

NEAIMS also supports employers.
Employers can create accounts, advertise vacancies, manage job seekers, track applicants, submit annual employee returns, and submit information on graduates.
For Kenyans seeking jobs outside the country, the platform provides international employment services.
It also has a registration facility for Kenyans already working abroad, where they can provide information about their employer, country of employment, job title, qualifications, recruitment agency, and next of kin.
NEAIMS also provides distress reporting for workers and links users to other government and employment institutions.
The official platform is NEAIMS, where job seekers can create accounts, browse vacancies, and submit applications.
The National Employment Authority is headquartered at the National Employment Building, Off Mwiki Road, Kasarani, Nairobi.
