The National Police Service Commission Recruitment and Appointment Regulations 2025 will pave the way for the national police recruitment to be conducted online.
NPSC plans to adopt technology in the upcoming police recruitment process to curb corruption and enhance transparency.
However, there are channels that recruits and the public can use to report corruption during this exercise.
They can report to the National Police Service (NPS), Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) or NPSC.

They can also use drop-in corruption reporting boxes available at EACC and other public offices.

Recruits can also utilize the Integrated Public Complaints Referral Mechanism (IPCRM) available at the offices of the EACC, Commission on Administrative Justice (CAJ), Transparency International (TI-Kenya), Kenya National Commission on Human Rights, National Anti-Corruption Campaign Steering Committee, and the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC).
They can also visit EACC’s offices in person or the EACC desk at the Huduma Centres.
