Kasmuel McOure, who has been a key leader spearheading the Genz’s protests, plans to fundraise for his countrywide tours.
In a statement posted on his socials, McOure revealed that the major problem hindering his tours is money and not language, as some might assume.
Kasmuel termed the practice of hiring systems and spaces as expensive hinting that it was not sustainable in the long run hence the need to fundraise for the purchase of the items.
“We’ve been hiring spaces and systems in the communities we engage with because it’s more affordable and allows us to contribute to their economies. Language is not a problem, tours are not a problem. It’s the money that we’re still not sure where we will get it from,” the statement read in part.

One of the Kenyans in support of his plan indicated that Kasmuel needs to evolve in his community tours. The individual is convinced that Kasmuels’s eloquence and charisma are crucial tools to be deployed in the tours.
“We can facilitate him to start touring the country and sensitizing people, especially in the villages where politicians run for cover when accountability is demanded from them. We can buy him a vehicle with a PA system,” the supporter’s sentiments read in part.
According to the reaction, it alleges that politicians run hiding in villages whenever accountability is demanded from them, thus validating Kasmuel’s plan of seeking funds from Kenyans worthwhile.
Kasmuel Follows in Morara’s Steps
Kasmuel’s intention aligns with that of Morara, who, since the beginning of his countrywide tours, has been requesting funds from the public.
On the other hand, other followers have asked Kasmuel to join Morara and have pledged to support him in that structure.

“I wish you guys could exchange notes to make what Kenyans need most a National Conversation. Also, tell Kenyans about the JKIA/Adani deal, Migodi, and the Conservancy lie. Praying for you sana and keep pushing,” one Kenyan said.
Kasmuel also hopes to delve into this practice to address the money challenge and boost his tours to the communities.
The plan to fundraise from Kenyans for his countrywide tours is still in its infancy, and it is uncertain whether it will materialize.
