The witness said they waited in Nairobi’s CBD for most of the day. At dusk, the same passenger who had earlier been riding on the motorcycle got back on and instructed them to follow another white vehicle, different from the one they had been trailing earlier.
According to the testimony, the passenger later alighted at a designated location and walked away.
Moments later, the witness heard gunshots before the man returned, got back onto the motorcycle, and instructed KAV to ride to another location, where they eventually separated.
The witness further told the court that after returning home, they received a phone call from the person who had initially connected them to the assignment, asking where they had carried out the job.
