Famous Tiktoker Brian Chira has been confirmed dead. Police confirmed that Brian Chira was involved in hit and run accident which happened in the early morning hours of Saturday, March 16.
The accident, according to police, happened at Karuri area in Kiambu County, and his body was taken to City mortuary in Nairobi.
News about his death spread on social media with many mourning him while others expressed their disbelief as they struggled to come into terms with the reality.
Popular tiktoker, Baba Talisha- who was a close associate of Chira, also confirmed that his body has been taken to the City Mortuary.
“Karuri police officers have confirmed that his body has been taken to City Mortuary,” shared the Tiktoker known by the name Baba Talisha.
Additionally, a tiktoker by the name Prince Mwiti confirmed the death of Brian Chira in a short clip posted on his Tiktok account.
“Chira was involved in an accident yesterday. he was hit by car around 4.00am and he is dead. the body is at city mortuary,” Mwiti stated.
According to the Police, Chira had spent time at an entertainment joint at the Gacharage area near Total Petrol Station.
His friend named Zeleck Momanyi Alfonso found Brian Chira in an altercation with security guards of the joint who reportedly tried to take him out over allegations of causing chaos.
The named friend then decided to take Chira home on a motorbike, oblivious on the tragic turn of events ahead.
Upon reaching the Gacharage area, the police report added, Chira alighted from the bike and ran to the main road where he was hit by the oncoming vehicle, leaving him with serious injuries on his head.
