Eric Omondi Speaks on Brian Chira’s case
Veteran Comedian Eric Omondi addressed the arrest of sensational TikToker Brian Chira who was apprehended for allegedly defaming media personality Azziad Nasenya.
Speaking to vloggers, Omondi said Chira needed to face the law for his actions. “People are misusing social media to insult and bully people. People have gone into depression because of bullying.
People are not just free to go online and expose people’s numbers,” Eric Omondi said.
Eric Omondi went ahead to demand that Brian Chira should apologize to Azziad for hurting her enviable brand.

Why Police arrested Brian Chira
In an interview with Brian Chira, Mungai Eve revealed that police arrested Chira in Nakuru before driving him to Nairobi.
Azziad Nasenya accused Brian Chira of insulting her on TikTok. He also shared Azziad Nasenyas’ contact information to the public.
Brian Chira took to TikTok and dared Azziad to sue him as he threatened to expose the evidence of her claims online.
According to Azziad’s Lawyer Gertrude Kibare from Johnson and Partners Advocates, Brian Chira’s actions caused her client harassment from the public.
The lawyer said that defamation can damage one’s reputation since no one can convince the public that whatever weas said is not true.
She argued that Brian Chira infringed Azziad’s right to privacy and lowered her reputation
