Kenya’s Judiciary has a streamlined legal filing process through its Judiciary E-filing System, allowing users to file cases online without visiting court premises.
The platform is open to law firms, lawyers, and members of the public.
This complements the virtual court proceedings that were adopted in 2020 and have been in practice to date.
The move to adopt an e-filing system was meant to achieve 24-hour service delivery within the Judiciary.
Step-by-Step Process
