Johnson Okoth Okello is the Director of Legal Services at the Parliamentary Service Commission.
He holds a Master of Arts from the University of London, attained in 2006.
In 1997, he earned a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi.
In 1998, he attained a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and was admitted to the Roll of Advocates in the same year.

From 2014 to date, he has worked as the Director of Legal Services at the Parliamentary Service Commission.
In the period between 2010 and 2014, he was the Principal State Counsel at the Kenya Law Reform Commission.

Between 2005 and 2010, Johnson worked as a Senior State Counsel at the Kenya Law Reform Commission.
