Joash Nyamache is a Kenyan politician and a member of parliament representing North Mugirango Constituency in Kisii County.
He is serving his second consecutive term as Member of Parliament for North Mugirango Constituency, under the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM).
Nyamache also served as Speaker of the Nyamira County Assembly from 2013 to 2017.

Joash Nyamache began his formal education at Thika Technical School, where he completed his O-levels between 1982 and 1987, earning the necessary qualification for further technical training.
He then advanced to the Kenya Polytechnic, where he earned a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering between 1987 and 1992, followed by an Ordinary Diploma in Industrial Production (ODIP) in 1992. Nyamache later pursued graduate studies at the University of Sunderland in the United Kingdom, achieving an MBA in 2011 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2015.
Career life
Joash Nyamache began his professional career in 1992, when he joined the Technology Development Centre as a Manager, a role he held for two decades until 2012, and had roles in the Ministry of Research, Technical Training from 1999 to 2003.
In 2013, he transitioned into elective leadership by serving as the Speaker of the Nyamira County Assembly, a position he held until 2017.
That year, he was elected Member of Parliament for North Mugirango Constituency, representing the Jubilee Party until 2022, before shifting affiliation to the UDA party and retaining the seat in his second term.

Within the 12th Parliament (2017–2022), Nyamache served as Chairperson of the House Broadcasting and Library Services Committee, and as a member of the Public Investments Committee from 2017 to 2018.
He further contributed to critical constitutional oversight as a member of the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee from 2018 to 2022.
