Gabriel Koshal is a Kenyan politician and the current member of parliament for Narok West Constituency in Narok County.
He is serving his second term in the national assembly under the United Democratic Alliance Party (UDA).

Gabriel Koshal Tongoyo began his formal schooling in 1985 at Engare Nairowua Primary School, where he completed his Kenya Certificate of Primary Education in 1992.
He proceeded to Narok High School for his secondary education, earning his Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education between 1993 and 1997.
Between 1999 and 2002, he attended Kenya Medical Training College, attaining a Diploma in KRCHN (presumably in community health nursing).
Later, from 2012 to 2016, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Health at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT).
He continued at JKUAT for a Master of Science in Public Health, beginning in 2017 and completing it in the present term.

Gabriel Koshal served on the Board of Directors for Maasai Mara Group Ranches Conservation from 2002 to 2006, contributing to local conservation governance.
He then joined Narok County Government, holding the position of Sub-County Health Officer from 2013 to 2017, overseeing health initiatives at the local level.
In 2017, he was elected to represent Narok West as a Member of Parliament after winning the general elections.
During the 12th Parliament (2017–2022), Tongoyo contributed as a Member of the Departmental Committee on Health, engaging in health policy oversight and legislative review.
Gabriel Koshal vied for the same seat in 2022 and successfully retained and he is still serving his term as the Narok West MP.
In the current Parliament, he serves as Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Administration and Internal Security, playing a leading role in matters concerning national security and internal affairs.
