BBS Mall, developed under Ten Commodities Wholesalers Ltd, is a landmark commercial project covering more than 130,000 square metres.
The multi-use complex integrates retail stores, offices, entertainment venues, restaurants, wholesale outlets, a hospital, and a mosque, serving as a one-stop destination for both local and international shoppers.

Abdiwali Mohamed Hassan’s 65 billion Deal Over 60 Acres
On Friday, October 10, Hassan signed a KSh 65 billion deal to develop 60 acres within Tatu City Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Kiambu County.

Full development of this 60-acre project is expected to take 10 years.
Hassan’s mixed-use development in Tatu City will consist of:
- Residential housing, including homes for various income levels.
- Retail space and commercial zones for shops and outlets.
- Office buildings for business operations.
- Warehousing and logistics facilities are particularly located in the industrial zones of Tatu City.
- A mosque to serve spiritual and community needs.
Additionally, the plan includes 30 acres dedicated to parks and recreation areas adjacent to the residential zones. Other amenities will include a petrol station and infrastructure suited for warehousing.
