President William Ruto has announced his next plan and career path after presidency. Speaking while attending a church service in Bungoma, Ruto said that he plans on being an evangelist.
According to the head of state, he has always been an evangelist and therefore, he will just be moving back to his calling.
Additionally, he explained that he is used to standing on top of cars and raised platforms while speaking to Kenyans, because it is an innate nature of evangelism.
“As reverend Richard has said, I am an evangelist. And many people sometimes wonder why I stand in raised places, sometimes on top of the car.
“It’s because when your orientation is an evangelist, you always behave as an evangelist even when you are doing other things.
“I made a commitment that when I finish my duty as president, I will go back to be an evangelist, because that is my original calling” he said.
