U.S. President Donald Trump has issued a warning to Iran, signaling potential military action targeting the country’s critical infrastructure.
In a strongly worded post on Truth Social, Trump indicated that key facilities such as power plants and bridges could be at risk if Iran does not comply with U.S. demands regarding the Strait of Hormuz, a strategic global oil shipping route.
“Tuesday will be Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one, in Iran. There will be nothing like it,” said Trump.
Trump’s statements follow Saturday’s comments when he said that Iran has 48 hours to open the Strait of Hormuz.
Remember when I gave Iran ten days to make a deal or open up the Strait of Hormuz. Time is running out – 48 hours before all Hell will reign down on them. Glory be to God,” said Trump.

U.S. Military Rescues Injured F-15 Officer in Iran
Trump has confirmed that the U.S. military has successfully rescued a seriously wounded F-15 officer from mountainous terrain inside Iran.
The officer, a highly ranked and respected colonel, was extracted under challenging conditions while Iranian military forces were reportedly nearby in significant numbers.
Trump has revealed that the mission involved two separate raids. The first extraction took place in broad daylight and lasted for seven hours over Iranian territory, an unusual circumstance for such operations. Following the initial rescue, a second raid was conducted to secure the officer and ensure the safety of all personnel involved.
Officials have described the missions as an “amazing display of bravery and skill” by the U.S. forces, emphasizing the coordination required between air and ground elements to achieve success under such challenging conditions.

Iran has effectively blocked the Strait of Hormuz, one of the world’s busiest oil shipping channels, since the US and Israel attacked the country on 28 February.
US President Donald Trump has been pressing US allies for weeks to send their own naval assets to the strait to escort tankers.
He has grown increasingly frustrated that none have so far agreed to step in while the war is still ongoing.
Zelenskyy noted that, as of today, he does not see any country lifting the blockade on its own, and that only joint efforts can bring results.
He added that Ukraine has experience launching the Grain Corridor in the Black Sea during more than 4 years of war with Russia, despite Moscow’s attempts to block the flow of food and other goods.
He pointed to Ukraine’s efforts to keep sea lanes open and develop technologies such as sea drones, presenting that know-how as potentially useful to countries seeking to restore safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz.
