Healthcare facilities in Kajiado County licensed and approved by the Social Health Authority (SHA) offer medical attention to residents depending on the level of the facility under the SHA framework.
Level 5 and Level 4 facilities in Kajiado provide advanced inpatient and outpatient services, including surgeries, in both the private and public SHA-approved facilities.
Under the SHA framework, Kajiado has Ongata Rongai Sub-County Hospital, Ngong Sub-County Hospital, and Kitengela Sub-County Hospital, which are level 4 government facilities.
