Between June 2009 and February 2010, he served as an Operations Assistant at Dalbit Petroleum Kenya.
He was then posted to the Democratic Republic of Congo, where he worked as a Sales and Operations Representative at Dalbit Goma from March 2010 to November 2010.
From December 2010 to April 2014, he was Regional Sales and Operations Manager at CongoPetrol.
Afterwards, he briefly served as Regional Operations Manager at Dalbit International South Sudan from May 2014 to August 2014.
Since September 2014, Gisairo has held the position of General Manager, Commercial and Operations at Group SIL SARL, a private oil and gas company in the DRC.
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, he founded the One Hen Campaign Project in 2007, an initiative focused on economic empowerment for vulnerable families.
The project earned him the UN-Habitat Youth Innovation Award and recognition through the Mandela Washington Fellowship (YALI) in 2014.
