About the Programme

The Presidential Digital Talent Programme (PDTP), also known as DigiTalent, is a government initiative that equips recent graduates with advanced ICT skills to support Kenya’s digital economy and improve public service delivery.

The 12-month internship programme is implemented by the ICT Authority under the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Digital Economy through a public-private partnership.

It seeks to bridge the gap between industry needs and the skills available in the local workforce while supporting the objectives of Kenya’s National ICT Master Plan.

In 2025, the programme opened 400 internship slots to eligible applicants.
