Anthony Oluoch is a Kenyan lawyer and politician currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Mathare Constituency.
He works under the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Party.

Anthony Oluoch completed his primary education at Park Road Primary School between 1976 and 1982, earning his Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) certificate.
He then attended Onjiko High School, where he attained his O‑Level certificate in 1986, followed by A‑Levels from Kanga High School between 1987 and 1988.
In 1989 to 1992, he earned a Bachelor of Arts with honours in Literature, Sociology, and Philosophy from Kenyatta University (1989–1992).
Later, he studied law at the University of Nairobi, obtaining his LLB in 2002, and completed a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law in 2006.

Following his law qualification, Oluoch began his professional career as an associate advocate at Lumumba, Mumma & Kaluma Advocates from 2002 to 2006.
Anthony Oluoch then moved to Lumumba & Lumumba Advocates as a junior partner (2007–2008). In 2009, he launched A.T. Oluoch & Company Advocates, where he worked as a partner and proprietor until 2017.
His legal practice paved the way for his entry into politics, serving as a Member of Parliament for Mathare Constituency since August 2017.
He retains his seat under the Orange Democratic Movement.
