She was the first female Chief Executive Officer at Bata Shoe PLC.

During her leadership, Bata Shoe PLC experienced rapid expansion into export markets across Eastern, Southern, and Western Africa. Marking a significant milestone for the company in Kenya.

Her professional journey began at John Hancock USA in 1998. She worked as a Marketing Representative before joining Sear Holding Corporation in Chicago.

In 2010, she returned to Kenya joining Deacons (East Africa) PLC as the Director of Marketing and Business Development. Later in 2015, she became Director of Retail at the same company.

Growing her prowess in leadership, Jeddidah became a Non-Executive Director at Famous brand Board in 2021.
