Oketch Salah is a father of four children, comprising three sons and one daughter. He has publicly identified his first-born son as Abdinoor, while Noora is his third-born child and only daughter. His other two children are sons, including Abubakar and Ayman.
Abdinoor has also featured prominently in Salah’s public family life. He married Isra Ibrahim Hamza in an Islamic ceremony at Nairobi’s Serena Hotel on October 25, 2025, attended by prominent political figures including Siaya Senator Oburu Oginga and Energy Cabinet Secretary Opiyo Wandayi.
