Photos of Kenyan musician, Stevo Simple Boy and former TV anchor Betty Kyalo ignited mixed reactions after the two shared moments of their dinner date on social media.

After days of charming Betty Kyalo on social media, Stevo Simple Boy finally had the chance to share a dinner for two with the former TV sensation at an upscale restaurant.

The anticipation culminated in a series of photos posted on Stevo’s Instagram account.

In the snapshots, Stevo had worn a tailored pearl white suit paired with sleek black trousers and matching shoes.

Meanwhile, Betty radiated charm in a chic black micro dress elegantly layered with a blue denim shirt.

Among the captured moments was Stevo’s gentlemanly gesture of pulling out a chair for Betty.

In another shot, the two are captured enjoying drinks while emersed in a conversation.

Reflecting on the evening, Stevo expressed that it was truly a unique experience for him.

He further remarked that being able to go on a date with his celebrity crush brought him a sense of peace and contentment.

“My heart is at peace. I took my crush for a date. God is good. I love you so much Betty. Rethink on what we discussed today. Am waiting for my answer,” captioned Stevo in one of the photos together.

“Others will say that it is photoshop. was a nice afternoon sharing a meal with Stevo Simple Boy. He has really tried. Clap for him. He also dressed so nice.  Keep rising Stevo,” shared Betty.

However, Kenyans did not hesitate to share their views on the date.

“The fact that she showed up all dressed..ah..it’s lovely,” shared Wanjiku Karanja known on Instagram.
