With that said, the news anchor thought it wise to seek an avenue through which she can help even more youth, especially on a national capacity.
Being a go-getter, Gladys Mungai on Sunday, September 11, sent a humble plea to President-elect William Ruto.

The revered journalist who has been working closely with the youth and filling most parliamentary reports first congratulated the President for his win.
Gladys Mungai then asked President Ruto to put in motion the youth charter he signed at Nyayo Stadium on June 29th.

In line with that, Gladys Mungai humbly presented herself before President Ruto for a possible consideration for a CS position.
Since she has always been for the youth, Gladys Mungai pleaded with President Ruto to consider her for the Youth and Gender Affairs CS post in his government.
The journalist made it clear that she is ready to work in Ruto’s government in a bid to foster development and help the youth even as she promised to be diligent and loyal.

Most who commented insisted she has the capacity and knowledge to hold any docket that works closely with the youth.
This is not the first time Gladys Mungai is pleading with the country’s leadership to consider her for a CS post.
About two years ago, Gladys Mungai pleaded with Uhuru Kenyatta over the same in vain.
Well, with UDA and Kenya Kwanza’s idea of elevating the youth and hustlers, it is clear, Gladys Mungai stands high chance of joining the Ruto government.
