Juma Jux Ties the Knot with Priscilla Ojo in Colorful Wedding [PHOTOS]

Tanzanian Bongo star Juma Jux has officially tied the knot with his Nigerian influencer girlfriend Priscilla Ojo, in an Islamic ceremony. The ceremony was held in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Emotions ran high at the wedding as a teary Juma Jux embraced his new wife who was also overwhelmed with emotions soon after tying the knot. Priscilla’s mother, Iyabo Ojo joined in to embrace the newlyweds.

The bride was dressed in an elegant sequin gown that was complemented by a stylish yellow head scarf. Jux, on his part, donned a white Kaftan blended with a traditional Kimono and a matching cap.

Priscilla’s mother who is a renowned Nigerian actress, Iyabo Ojo stood out in her traditional Nigerian wear. She was dressed in a purple dress, accessorized with statement jewelry.

The event was graced by top Tanzanian celebrities and artists including Diamond Platinumz, Zuchu, Ommy Dimpoz and Nigerian social media influencer Enioluwa Adeoluwa.

Priscilla arrived in Tanzania in January 2025 in preparation for their nuptials. In the days leading up to the wedding, the couple treated fans on social media to glimpses of their romance including a Valentine’s proposal.

The couple had earlier stated that they would have two weddings, one in Tanzania and the other one in Nigeria.

Jux visits in-laws in Nigeria

Priscilla and Jux began dating in 2024 and the lovebirds have not shied away from showcasing their love life on social media. Priscilla stated that Jux is the perfect man for him.

“I love that he is very humble, very sweet, he’s amazing. He is perfect. My mother loves him, everybody loves him. To know him is to love him,” stated Priscilla.

In September 2024, Juma visited Priscilla’s home in Nigeria where he was treated to a warm and classy welcome. Jux was met by traditional dancers at the airport and later boarded a limousine to Priscilla’s home.

Juma Jux was previously dating RnB singer Vanessa Mdee. The two Tanzanian musicians broke up in 2019, having dated for six years. He later dated Kenyan Socialite Huddah Monroe but the two broke up in 2022.
