Kenyans on social media volunteered to help comedian and actress Morin Actress hours after she came out to narrate an ordeal that had befallen her newly launched business.
In a post on Saturday, Morin shared devastating news of how robbers stormed her gaming hub and stole almost everything.
In the video, the usually cheered up content creator appeared devastated as she explained the pain of seeing her hard work go into the drain.
Morin said that she has always chosen to fight her own battles in silence without airing her challenges in public.
But this particular blow, she explained, was so hard for her that she could not keep it to herself.
“I was robbed almost everything today all the sleepless nights and the struggle now is nothing. I am so heartbroken, this is too much,” Morin stated in her post while asking her followers to pray for her.
Moved by her narration, Kenyans who interacted with the post volunteered to contribute and help her restore her business.
Several users on Instagram asked her to dedicate a pay bill number or till number where well-wishers and friends would channel their contributions.
In a matter of hours, the post had reached thousands of people with a huge chunk expressing their willingness to help the actress and content creator.

Celebrities Stand with Morin Actress
Among those who volunteered to contribute and marshal support for her was You Tube stars Eve Mungai who recounted a time when her Airbnb was robbed in 2023.
In her statement, the celebrated content creator said that she could relate to the pain Morin was subjected to and asked fans online to show their support.
“Let’s rally together and show our support for Morin Actress in any way we can,” Mungai Eve stated.
“I personally can relate to the heartbreak of having my Airbnb robbed last year, and as entrepreneurs, we understand challenges that come with such incidents,” she added.

Eventually, Morin came back online and shared a till number named after her robbed gaming hub where she had hoped to spur her business empire.
In her statement, the comedian known for her Tik Tok and Instagram skits thanked all those who volunteered to help.
“I am so grateful for all the emotional support and the genuine concern you are all showing me, it is so hard and heartbreaking,” she posted on her Insta stories.
