Television host and comedian Steve Harvey and wife Marjorie Bridges Harvey have addressed divorce reports spreading on various social media platforms.
The reports alleged that Harvey and the wife were getting a divorce after Marjorie cheated on her husband with their personal chef and bodyguard.
Taking to her Instagram page, Marjorie noted that they do not usually address false information spread about them.
“My husband and I don’t usually stop to address all the lies that have been spread about us. However, to whom much is given much is required. I understand that with my platform comes some sort of responsibility to those that may not be as strong as we are,” she said in a post.
Furthermore, Marjorie shared a screenshot and a link to an article dubbed ‘How to Handle Being Lied About’ for her followers who may not know how to handle such situations.

Similarly, Steve Harvey while speaking at Invest Fest 2023 in Atlanta on Sunday, August 27 said his wife never cheated on him with their bodyguard and private chef.
“Before I get started, just let me say, I’m fine. Marjorie’s fine. I don’t know what y’all doing, but find something else to do ebcause we fine,” Steve stated
“I ain’t got no time for rumors and gossip. God’s been good to me, I’m still shining,” he added.
Marjorie Bridges Cheating on Steve Harvey
Famous comedian and television personality Steve Harvey become the center of online conversation trending on X (twitter) over two incidents.
In the first incident, rumors circulated online over the weekend that Steve Harvey’s wife Marjorie Bridges was cheating on him.
Moreover, false reports alleging that Marjorie has had extra-marital affairs with their personal chef and bodyguard spread like wildfire.
Steve Harvey and Marjorie Bridges have been married for 16 years and have seven children.
Harvey Allegedly Fires His Social Media Manager
The divorce rumors began on social media after Steve Harvey on Friday, August 25 went out to address a tweet he says was posted by his social media manager asking his followers to name a comedian who does not make them laugh.
“Somebody that works for me on my Twitter put a statement out that was totally negative. I got to take responsibility for it because they work for me, but the engagement was talking about ‘name a comedian you don’t think is funny.
Why would I do something like that?” Harvey expressed his commitment to positivity and motivation, adding, “I’m all about positivity; I would’ve never done nothing like that,” Harvey said.
The media personality further condemned the tweet saying his brand is all about motivation and positivity, thence he would never post such a tweet.

“My whole brand is to be motivational, and I’mma turn around a say something like that? You don’t know where these young people [are] at in they career, man. They could be coming up or anything. I’m all about positivity; I would’ve never done anything like that,” he added.
Nonetheless Steve Harvey confirmed that he confronted the employee, who told him he needed more engagement, and the comedian lightly mentioned that “now somebody needs employment.”
