Natalie Githinji Lands TV Job After Quitting NRG Radio

Media personality Natalie Githinji is set to make a comeback with a new TV show on NTV four months after quitting NRG radio.

Natalie will host a new entertainment show, Beatz n Buzz, on NTV, alongside Laura Mbatha and Dj Twinnzle. 

The program will feature music and entertainment content; gossip, street games, street interviews, and interviews featuring inspiring stories and new music.

The show will premiere on February  7, 2025, and will be running from 4 pm to 6.30 pm every Friday.

At the same time, the entertainment show will air both on TV and across NTV’s digital platforms.

Natalie announced her departure from NRG in October 2024 after being at the station for five years.

She stated that she would proceed to pursue other new opportunities and challenges.

“I am deeply grateful for the support of the talented team I had the pleasure of working alongside and I take immense pride in what we have achieved together,” stated Natalie.

“My departure marks the close of a significant chapter for me and the company, but I am excited about the paths that lie ahead,” added the breakfast show presenter.

The content creator had announced plans to venture into modeling a month after leaving NRG.

“Being Natalie Unapologetically. Exploring modelling. Challenging myself. Pushing the limits,” stated Natalie.

Natalie left the station together with other radio presenters including King Kalala, ShaqtheYungin, Mwalimu Rachel, and DJ Xclusive. The latter duo joined Radio Africa Group where they host the drive show together.

“After much thought, I have decided to part ways with NRG Radio. This decision wasn’t easy, but I believe it’s time for me to explore new directions and focus on exciting new ventures ahead,” stated King Kalala on her Instagram stories.

Besides show hosting and content creation, Natalie is an actress, a red-carpet host, and an endometriosis warrior. She has over 600,000 followers on Instagram

Her co-host Laura Mbatha also joined the station shortly after quitting KTN where she was a presenter on Spice FM.
