Churchill Show comedian YY Comedian, his wife Marya and their entire family have every reason to thank God for saving one of their own.
The Kenya Times has learnt YY’s wife Marya is now totally healed after months of suffering from paralysis.
Excited Marya shared the good news with her online followers on Friday, October 14.
In a video post accessed by The Kenya Times, Marya can be seen walking with the help of crutches before ditching them and standing on her feet properly.
The mother of one gave thanks to God for healing her after not being able to use one of her legs for over four months.
On the caption, Marya narrated how one of her legs paralysed, rendering her immobile.
The cute Marya disclosed that she was not involved in any accident or hit her leg on something but woke up one morning unable to move her leg.
According to Marya, doctors informed her she had a bad clot on one of her legs hence the paralysis.

“Long post alert! What can I render unto Jehova all I have to say is thank you God. This is all I have been singing for the past four days. I can’t believe I am on my feet again without any form of support whatsoever. I look back to the day I was unable to walk-June 3rd. I lost hope in life honestly. Tell me how you digest the fact that you can’t feel your leg suddenly. I didn’t fall, I was not involved in a road accident as many of you think. I didn’t hit myself anywhere, I just woke up with a non-functional leg. I will tell this story one day,” She wrote.
Her post was closely followed by YY’s, albeit through his own Instagram page.
The comedian shared the same video Marya has posted and made it short by simply thanking God for the miracle.
“God of health. Glory be to you always,” YY wrote.
YY’s wife’s recovery was received well by most Kenyans who camped on their respective pages to wish her well and thank God on their behalf.
