Beyonce broke the record for the most Grammy wins by bagging her 32nd Grammy award in the just concluded 65th Annual Grammy Awards.
Beyonce Giselle Knowles- Carter is a high-ranking American songwriter, singer, and dancer. She has broken the record for winning the most awards in the highly coveted Grammy awards. During the 65th Grammy Awards ceremony held at the Crypro.com Arena in Downtown Los Angeles.
Beyonce, who has racked up 88 Grammy nominations throughout her career, bagged a whooping 32 Grammy awards, officially has the most Grammy Awards of any artist. She was nominated in nine categories for the 2023 Grammy Awards, out of which she won four.

Her winning categories included Record of the Year, (Break My Soul) Song of the Year (Break My Soul), Album of the Year (Renaissance), and Dance/Electronic Music Album (Renaissance). The 41-year-old, though a late arrival, paid tribute to her beautiful husband and the” queer community for their love and for inventing the genre.”
“Im trying not to be too emotional,” said the star. “I’m trying to just receive this night.” she further went on to thank her family, not forgetting her late uncle Johny whom she previously said influenced her interest in dance music through his battle with HIV.
Her album Renaissance pays tribute to black queer roots of disco and house music and is dedicated to Johny, whom she fondly refers to as her “godmother.” Johny, Tina Knowles’s nephew, died 90’s from an HIV- related illness. In 2019 during the GLAAD Media Awards, where she and her husband won the Vanguard award, she fondly called her uncle the “most fabulous gay man id ever met.” According to the singer, he lived his truth and was brave and unapologetic”.
Other big wins for the night went to Kendrick Lamar, Adele, and Harry Styles. It also honored late musical stars such as Takeoff, Loretta Lynn, and Christine McVie in the emotional Memoriam segment.
