The 88 Nairobi will be one of the tallest residential buildings in Africa after its completion, boasting luxurious amenities and breathtaking views.
Located in Upper hill along fourth Ngong Avenue, the skyscraper will have 48 floors with 33 facilities and services and an environment comparable to a 5-star hotel.
The iconic tower, which will cost approximately Ksh6.8 billion to complete, is the brainchild of Jonathan Jackson, the founder and chairman of Lordship Africa and Lordship Europe.
With over 35 years of experience in developing award-winning real estate projects, Jonathan set out to create a residential masterpiece that would not only match but surpass international standards in architecture.
Childhood and Work History of the Billionaire
Jonathan Jackson was born and raised in Kenya.
He established the real estate company in 1989 out of his passion for design and love for craftsmanship.
He then moved to Eastern Europe where he worked with both Tarmac and London and Edinburgh Trust before moving to Prague and establishing Lordship.
During his time in Prague, Jonathan gained firsthand experience of the countries in Central and Eastern Europe transformation and the growth.
He saw how their property development and investment markets grew from being less developed after Communism to becoming the important parts of the European economy today.
After 20 years of running the company abroad, Jonathan decided to come back to Kenya to replicate the property development business in the country.
“The international professional management will offer you not only all the services for renting your residence but also will be providing ‘Active Management’,
“Which means they will offer you a 5-star hotel lifestyle with programs for wellness, games, parties, seminars, new film showing in the 150-seat multifunction room next to the branded Italian restaurant, and also cocktails on the 34th sunset dec,” the developer indicates.
