You can also make your special meal request in person at any Kenya Airways sales office. - Through Your Travel Agency. If you booked your flight through a travel agency, you can request your special meal through them.
Business Class Meals
Passengers in Business Class are welcomed on board with a glass of fine champagne or water before enjoying warm African hospitality.
- Short-haul flights (46 minutes–1 hour 30 minutes): Freshly prepared cold and hot snacks are served with a beverage of choice, with options varying depending on the time of day.
- Medium-haul flights (1 hour 46 minutes–5 hours): A hot light meal is served, including a main course, dessert, and bread with butter, or a hot breakfast/brunch depending on the time.
- Long-haul flights (6–11 hours): Two hot meals are served by flight attendants, prepared fresh and plated for passengers.
- Super long-haul flights (11+ hours): Three meals are provided based on the time of day, served hot and fresh.

Economy Class Meals
Passengers in Economy Class are offered a selection of snacks or full meals depending on the flight duration.

- Long-haul flights: Two meals, including dinner, lunch, or a hot breakfast.

- Vegetarian options: Vegan, lacto-ovo, raw, Asian, gluten-free, bland, low-fat, diabetic, low-lactose, and low-sodium meals.
