The Israeli Army has reported conducting a one-minute operation targeting 70 terror sites, with dozens of weapons seized.
In a statement on April 16, the Israeli military reported that approximately 70 terror infrastructure sites linked to Hezbollah were dismantled in a rapid operation completed within one minute.
“70 Hezbollah terror infrastructure sites in just one minute,” read the statement in part.

During the searches, soldiers recovered multiple weapons and combat materials.
The recovered items included RPGs, Kalashnikov rifles, ammunition, grenades, an anti-aircraft missile, surveillance equipment, and other combat gear.
“IDF soldiers located dozens of weapons, among the weapons located were RPGs, Kalashnikov rifles, ammunition, grenades, anti-aircraft missiles, surveillance equipment, and combat equipment. In an additional operation, IDF soldiers eliminated dozens of terrorists,” Israeli military confirmed.
The operation also resulted in the elimination of dozens of militants in an additional engagement.
Following the completion of the searches, the IDF soldiers dismantled the sites as part of the coordinated military action targeting the identified infrastructure.
Over 130 Weapons Located in a School in the Bint Jbeil Area and Eliminates Hamas Communications Commander and Two Additionals
The Israeli forces, in a separate statement on April 16, reported the discovery of more than 130 weapons allegedly linked to Hezbollah inside a school in the Bint Jbeil area.

The weapons recovered included Kalashnikov rifles, pistols, and other assorted arms.
“130+ weapons belonging to Hezbollah inside a school in the area of Bint Jbeil. The weapons located included Kalashnikov rifles, pistols, and additional weapons,” the statement read.
During the operation, troops also found Hezbollah flags and other insignia associated with the group. The materials were recovered as part of a search operation conducted in the area.
The Israeli military also reported the elimination of Ahmed Abu Khdeira, identified as a commander in Hamas’s communications unit operating in the Gaza City area.

According to the report, Abu Khdeira was involved in advancing imminent terrorist attack plans against Israeli forces and was considered a direct threat to IDF troops operating in the region.
In a separate but related operation in the same area, Israeli forces also struck and eliminated two additional individuals identified as Islam Hisham Riyad Kanita and Mahmoud Hamed Youssef Hamdouna. Both were described as actively engaged in efforts to rebuild Hamas’ military capabilities.
The report further stated that their activities included involvement in restoring operational capacity during a ceasefire period, contributing to the strengthening of militant infrastructure. The operations were conducted as part of ongoing military activity in Gaza City, targeting individuals and structures linked to Hamas operations.
