Likewise, another Rwandan named Dushime Eric Caster echoed his words highlighting that the country is also known as the home of unique people adding that not only lost documents are returned but also lost money gets returned to the owner.

Another Kenyan named Pingache Moses however differed with them saying that some Kenyans are different while referring to what he could have done if he came across lost documents.
“Some Kenyans are honest. I would have handed to the police without as much as a peek to see what’s inside. But I’m sure the underpaid policeman would steal any money and then blame it on the good Samaritan,” he reacted.
Rwanda is known for its enforcement of laws and adherence of rules and regulations from its citizens and has on many occasions been used as a comparison from neighboring countries.
