Moringa School, a local institution that offers training on various Information and Technology (IT) related fields, has offered to sponsor Levis Otieno Rabah for further studies.
In a statement on Tuesday, December 9, Moringa expressed its delight with Otieno’s results noting that it was ready to nurture his growth in tech.
As such, the IT-focused institution urged Kenyans to share the boy’s contact details for further engagement.
“We are more than delighted to sponsor Levis into his journey into tech and nurture him,” read the statement in part.
“Please share his contact details for further engagement at your earliest convenience.”
Moringa School offers a wide range of courses including software engineering, data science, and data visualization- among others.
The offer came a day after news about Otieno’s performance in the 2023 KCSE went viral.
According to provisional results posted on the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC), Levis scored a B+ in the 2023 exams.
Kenyans on social media shared congratulatory messages to the boy as they compared the day, he reported to school for form one admission with just an empty box and two bar soaps.

Jalang’o Congratulates Levis Otieno
At the time, Lang’ata Member of Parliament Felix Odiwuor alias Jalang’o volunteered to marshal support for the boy.
His campaign saw Kenyans from different backgrounds channel their contributions and raised enough money to cover Otieno’s full school fees.
Quickmart Supermarket chain also offered to cater for any shopping expenses required to keep the boy in school which saw him go for a smooth stay at Kanga High School.
In a statement on Monday, Jalang’o reacted to the boy’s performance reflecting the day he personally travelled to Otieno’s school in Migori County to ensure his admission.

He thanked everyone who volunteered to support Otieno, among them former nominated Senator Denitah Ghati.
“4 years ago Levis walked into Kanga High school with nothing but a soap!” Jalang’o recalled.
“We gathered together and collected money and school items for Levis! We actually raised more money than was needed to complete his 4years in school, the balance was used to pay for other students! Quickmart Kenya opened their doors for us to shop for everything Levis wanted!” He added.
