Frequent Flyer Benefits
Members of Asante Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers are entitled to one additional piece of baggage depending on their cabin class.

Extra Seats and Special Items
Passengers may book extra seats for cabin baggage, musical instruments, or personal comfort. Each extra seat receives the standard baggage allowance, but items must not exceed 46kg and must be safely secured. Trunks and crates are not permitted, and emergency exits must remain clear.
Group and Family Travel
Families or groups traveling together may pool their baggage allowance; however, weight limits per piece still apply. Excess charges will apply for overweight or special items.
Cabin Baggage Allowance

Business Class: 2 pieces (max L55 x W25 x H35 cm each) + 1 personal accessory, total weight max 18kg (39lbs). Accessories may include a handbag, backpack, briefcase, camera, laptop, or 1 duty-free shopping bag.

Bicycles/Tandems: Must be packed in a bike box or hard cover; extra weight charges apply. Electric bicycles are not accepted.

Prohibited and Restricted Items
Passengers are not allowed to carry the following items:

Flammable liquids such as paints and adhesives.

Disabling devices such as mace or pepper sprays with irritant properties.

Poisons such as arsenic, cyanides, or insecticides.

Radioactive materials.

Corrosive materials such as mercury (in thermometers or blood pressure gauges), acids, alkalis, and wet cell batteries.

Any other substances that pose a danger during flight, including magnetized, offensive, or irritating materials.

Lighters (butane, absorbed fuel, electric, battery-powered, and novelty lighters). This rule, issued by the TSA, applies to all passengers arriving in or departing from the United States.

Knives, scissors, sharp objects, weapons, and spillable batteries.

Live animals, except service dogs for persons with disabilities.
