- Kenya, (7 points) need just a win in their final match to be certain of top spot, though head-to-head results becomes relevant if they loose to Zambia while DR Congo and Morocco draw.

The final standings for second place will hinge on the outcomes between the last two matches (Zambia Vs Kenya), and (DR Cong Vs Morocco).
