Kenyan journalist Flora Limukii has landed a new role just days after resigning from her position at CNBC Africa in Rwanda.
In a statement dated Monday, March 17, the Kenyan journalist announced that she has been appointed as the Head of Public Relations in Africa at Spiro Company.

“I’m elated to join Spiro as the Head of Public Relations in Africa. I’m excited about this new venture in the strategic communications world. I look forward to not only positioning Spiro as a leader in EV adoption in Africa but also driving Spiro’s sustainability goals on the continent,” said Limuki.
Colleagues within the media and communications industry wished her well after landing the new job.

Before joining Spiro, Limukii worked at CNBC Africa as a TV presenter and producer from January 2024 to March 2025.
While at CNBC Africa, Limukii presented news and produced news packages regularly on assigned stories in the region. She also ideated original stories, and researched, and developed interviews to create engaging television packages.

Limukii has also worked at one of Kenya’s leading media houses, Cape Media, where she served as a news anchor at TV47 from August 2022 to December 2023.
During her time at the station, she collaborated with the production team to ensure accurate and engaging storytelling. She also produced high-quality written and visual content for broadcast and online platforms.
Flora has additionally worked at other notable media houses, including Switch Media, Opera News, KBC, and Tuko.
Limukii holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Communications from Aga Khan University. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Media Studies from the University of Nairobi.
