At the heart of the landscape, Ruring’u Stadium is taking shape as a modern 15,000-seater facility. The stadium sits immediately alongside the 480-unit Ruring’u Affordable Housing Development, creating a striking cluster of public infrastructure. The housing project comprises four high-rise blocks rising to Ground plus 11.5 floors, with social, affordable and market-rate housing.
The wider development includes a primary school, commercial center, children’s play areas, playing fields, landscaped green spaces and supporting water, security and power infrastructure.
The projects are also generating employment for engineers, architects, technicians, skilled workers and other local residents, while creating business opportunities for suppliers and service providers.
