The Football Kenya Federation (FKF) has officially started selling tickets for Kenya’s upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers. The Harambee Stars are set to face Seychelles and The Gambia next month in two crucial home matches.
Both matches will be hosted at the Moi International Sports Centre (MISC), Kasarani Stadium. The first match against Seychelles is scheduled for Friday, September 5, with kickoff at 4:00 PM. Four days later, the Harambee Stars will take on The Gambia, also with a 4:00 PM kickoff.
Ahead of these fixtures, FKF awarded the ticketing process to the events company Tikiti, which has now launched ticket sales through its platform.
Fans can purchase tickets online, with no sales allowed at the venue on match days, a move designed to streamline entry and reduce queues.

Tickets are available in four categories with the following prices:
- Regular (Ordinary): Ksh300

Ivory Coast leads the group with 16 points, followed by Gabon with 15 points in second place and Burundi third with 10 points. Gambia has 4 points, while Seychelles has no points.
The ticket sales come shortly after head coach Benni McCarthy announced the final 23-man squad on Wednesday ahead of these key qualifiers. The squad, largely composed of African Nations Championship (CHAN) 2024 stars, also features nine foreign-based players who were not part of the CHAN tournament, which is exclusively for locally based players.
Harambee Stars squad for World Cup qualifiers
Captain Michael Olunga, who missed the May friendly matches against Chad due to injury, is back alongside key players Brian Bwire, Collins Sichenje, Rooney Onyango, Richard Odada, Duke Abuya, Timothy Ouma, Emmanuel Osoro, and Will Lenkupae.
However, seasoned left-back Marcelo Ouma, who plays in Sweden, will miss the matches after undergoing Achilles tendon surgery. Coach McCarthy described his absence as leaving “a big hole” in the team’s tactical setup.
In goal, Byrne Omondi (Gor Mahia) and Farouk Shikhalo (Bandari) retain their places, joined by Brian Bwire (Polokwane City).
The defense includes Gor Mahia’s Sylvester Owino, Alphonse Omija, Michael Kibwage, Lewis Bandi, Rooney Onyango, Kenya Police FC veteran Aboud Omar, and Serbian-based Collins Sichenje.

The midfield is a blend of Alpha Onyango (Gor Mahia), Duke Abuya (Yanga), rising star Mansur Okwaro (KCB), Ben Stanley Omondi (Gor Mahia), Marvin Nabwire (Kenya Police), Richard Odada (Dundee United), and Europe-based Timothy “Noor” Ouma, currently on loan at Lech Poznan from Slavia Prague.
Up front, Michael Olunga, currently with Qatari side Al-Arabi SC, will lead the attack supported by Ryan Ogam (Tusker), Emmanuel Osoro (Power Dynamos, Zambia), Will Lenkupae, Boniface Muchiri (Ulinzi Stars), and teenage forward Job Ochieng from Real Sociedad B.
While Kenya is realistically out of contention for World Cup qualification, Coach McCarthy is focused on building a strong team ahead of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), which Kenya will co-host with Uganda and Tanzania.
The Harambee Stars will wrap up their qualifiers with two away matches against Burundi and the Ivory Coast in October.
