President William Ruto has awarded Actress Sarah Hassan for her achievement in the entertainment industry.
Sarah has been awarded the Order of the Grand Warrior of Kenya (OGW) award.
Other notable individuals recognized by President Ruto include the late Justice Monica Kivuti, who also received the OGW award.
Dr. Purity Muthoni Ngina was awarded the Moran of the Order of the Burning Spear (MBS) for her pioneering contributions to education and gender equality in Kenya.

Justice Philomena Mwilu received the Elder of the Golden Heart (EGH) for her dedication to supporting the needy and vulnerable in society.
She was also recognized for her impactful, inspirational, and transformational work in the Judiciary.

The Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja was awarded the Moran of the Order of the Golden Heart (MGH) for his notable achievements in the police service which include leading a multiagency operation in neutralizing the Dusit terror attack in 2019 and Operation Linda Boni Forest.
Molo Member of Parliament, Francis Kimani Kuria, was awarded the Chief of the Burning Spear (CBS) for his outstanding contributions as an MP in his constituency, his role as Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning in the National Assembly, and for being a passionate advocate for youth leadership empowerment. Kuria also established the Young Parliamentarians’ Network.

Suna East MP, Junet Mohamed was awarded the Elder of the Order of the Golden Heart for some of the achievements he has made as a Member of Parliament.

Bob Mundro, the founder of Mathare Youth Sports Association and the Mathare United Football Club was awarded the EBS award for promoting sustainable development, particularly the environment and creating an environment for nurturing talents.
Environmental PS Festus Ng’eno was conferred the First-Class Chief of the Order of the Burning Spear (CBS).

Cabinet Secretary of Trade and Industry Salim Mvurya, Taita Taveta Governor, Dr. Andrew Mwadime, Chief of Defense Forces (CDF), General Kahariri Charles Muriu, Wanjau Mercy Wangui Kiiru and Lelelit Jonathan Lati were awarded Order of the Golden Heart.
Lieutenant General Tarus David Kimaiyo Chemwaina, Lieutenant General Mwinyikai Juma Shee, Major General Ahmed Fatuma Gaiti, Major General Otieno Paul Owuor, and Major General Ng’ang’a Thomas Njoroge were awarded Moran of the Order of the Golden Heart (M.G.H.).
