This multi-billion-shilling property operates under the Radisson Hotel Group brand (Radisson Blu) and is managed as part of its African portfolio; day‑to‑day operations are run by the hotel management company appointed by the asset owner.

Radisson Blu Hotel & Residence, Nairobi Arboretum was developed as a $24.6 million (Nearly 4 billion) eco-friendly city resort by Leisure Park Development.
The project was designed by Ezra Architects and Rakhee Kantaria, while Kristina Zanic Consultants and Rakhee Kantaria handled the interior design.
This hotel’s construction was completed in October 2019, before the property was officially opened on January 30, 2020, during a launch attended by senior tourism officials and business leaders.
Radisson Blu was introduced as Radisson Hotel Group’s first internationally branded extended-stay property in Nairobi, expanding the brand’s presence alongside its existing hotels in Upper Hill and Westlands.
The development was undertaken by Leisure Park Development, a company linked to the Kantaria family, whose business interests also include Prime Bank and investments in Kenya’s real estate and hospitality sectors.

Radisson Blu Hotel & Residence, Nairobi Arboretum is located off Arboretum Road near State House Road, adjacent to the Nairobi Arboretum in one of the city’s green, low-density neighborhoods.
The hotel is approximately 2.4 kilometers from Nairobi’s city center, about 20 minutes from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport via the Nairobi Expressway, and about 15 minutes from Wilson Airport.

The property combines a full-service hotel with serviced residences, offering accommodation for both short-term and extended stays.
Guests have access to four dining outlets: FireLake Restaurant, Biz Lounge, Arborista, and the Infinity Pool Bar.
Facilities include an outdoor infinity pool, a full-service spa, a fitness center, a sauna, a steam room, massage services, and dedicated meeting and conference spaces.
The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi and parking, with check-in from 2:00 p.m. and check-out by noon.
