In the new age where every individual seeks to acquire high-class convertibles, it is unfortunate that Kentans are no longer able to import the Land Rover Discovery IV automobile into the country.
The Land Rover Discovery IV model ceased its production in 2016. According to Kenya’s importation regulations, it is stipulated that a vehicle that is older than 8 years from its manufacturing date should not be imported into the country.

Further, referring to the time the model ceased production it is therefore clear that the window for importing the vehicle is fast closing with barely two months remaining.
Furthermore, as the two months continue to elapse, car dealers have taken to social media to try to inform and persuade prospective customers to act urgently due to the interest of time.

“Despite having a cult following in Kenya it’s now impossible to import a Landrover Discovery IV in Kenya. The production stopped around 2016 and Kenyan laws bar anyone from importing a vehicle older than 8 years. For less than 3M, we are offering the pictured unit,” one of the dealers’ statements on social media read in part.
