President Donald Trump has told Iranians to “immediately evacuate” Tehran, which is home to 10 million people, predicting even more intense attacks by Israel amidst the ongoing bombing campaigns.
Tehran in trouble
Heavy traffic has been reported from Tehran by Iraqi and Israeli sources after Trump made the statement during his departure from Canada, where he attended the Group of Seven nations summit.

“You’re going to find out over the next two days. You’re going to find out. Nobody’s slowed up so far,” Trump stated, adding that he may send US Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff or vice-president JD Vance to meet with Iran.
The recent attacks by the Israeli Military on Tuesday led to the assassination of Iran’s wartime chief of staff Ali Shadmani, who replaced former head of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters Gholamali Rashid who was also assassinated last week.
India has urged its citizens to leave Tehran, with New Delhi saying some Indians have been facilitated to leave Iran through the border with Armenia.
Trump focused
President Donald Trump has further denied that he left the G7 leaders’ summit early to work on a ceasefire between Israel and Iran, after French President Emmanuel Macron claimed a US ‘offer’ was made.
“Publicity-seeking President Emmanuel Macron, of France, mistakenly said that I left the G7 Summit, in Canada, to go back to D.C. to work on a “cease fire” between Israel and Iran. Wrong!” Trump posted on Truth Social.
“He has no idea why I am now on my way to Washington, but it certainly has nothing to do with a ceasefire. Much bigger than that. Whether purposely or not, Emmanuel always gets it wrong. Stay tuned!” he added.
The war by Israel will clearly continue, with Reuters reporting that Israeli fire killed at least 45 Palestinians early this morning, with Dr Mohammed Saqer, head of Nasser Hospital, reporting 300 casualties at the institution after today’s attacks.

Residents reported to the medics that the 45 were awaiting aid trucks in Khan Younis before an Israeli Defence Force military tank hailed bullets on them, and medics say they expect the number of fatalities to rise most of the wounded were in critical condition.
G7 Summit
Leaders who attended the G7 summit have agreed that Israel has a right to defend itself, and affirmed their support for the security of Israel, in a statement in which they called Iran “the principal source of regional instability and terror”.
“We have been consistently clear that Iran can never have a nuclear weapon, and we urge that the resolution of the Iranian crisis leads to a broader de-escalation of hostilities in the Middle East, including a ceasefire in Gaza,” the G7 statement proclaimed.
“We will remain vigilant to the implications for international energy markets and stand ready to coordinate, including with like-minded partners, to safeguard market stability,” the G7 leaders added.
