Charles Nguna Ngusya is a Member of Parliament representing Mwingi West Constituency in Kenya.
He is a member of the Wiper Democratic Movement and is serving his second term as an MP.

Charles Nguna earned his Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) from Migwani High School, studying from 1997 to 2000.
He pursued higher education at United States International University (USIU–Africa), where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration between 2001 and 2004.
In the UK, he completed a master’s degree in economics at Middlesex University from 2006 to 2008, followed by a second master’s degree in political science from the London School of Business between 2008 and 2010.

Nguna’s career spans finance, corporate leadership, and politics.
He began in the corporate sector as a Project & Account Manager at City & Country during 2005–2006, moved on to Credit Controller at Access Kenya Group from 2011 to 2013, and served as Finance Officer at Etihad Airways in 2013–2014, before being promoted to Finance Manager from 2014 to 2015.
He was elected Member of Parliament for Mwingi West Constituency in August 2017, serving through the 12th Parliament (2017–2022) and re-elected for the current term starting August 2022.
