Grade 10 learners selecting the Business Studies, Geography, History & Citizenship combination can choose from schools across different clusters under the new senior school placement system.
The Grade 10 Selection and Placement System lists schools offering the three-subject combination, allowing learners to filter institutions by county, gender, cluster and accommodation.
The combination is available in schools classified under C1, C2, C3, C4 and private (PR) categories.
The system shows 27 C1 schools, 72 C2 schools, 155 C3 schools, 708 C4 schools and 38 private schools offering the combination.
Among the C1 schools listed are Chuka Girls in Tharaka Nithi, Thika High School in Kiambu, Kangaru School in Embu, St Josephs Boys High School in Kitale and St Josephs Girls in Trans Nzoia.
Other schools include Alliance Girls, Isiolo Girls’ High School, Moi Girls Marsabit, Asumbi Girls, Orero High, Ng’iya Girls and Siakago Boys.
The list also includes Siakago Girls in Embu, Kabianga High School in Kericho, Sawagongo Boys in Siaya, Kilgoris Boys in Narok, St Mary’s High Yala in Siaya, Nambale Boys High School in Busia and Moyale Boys in Marsabit.
The C1 list also includes special needs institutions such as Kamatungu Secondary School in Tharaka Nithi, Murang’a School for the Hearing Impaired and Kedowa S.S.S for the Deaf in Kericho.

C2 Senior Schools
There are 72 C2 senior schools listed as offering the Business Studies, Geography and History & Citizenship combination.
Among the schools displayed on the selection platform are Kyome Boys and Matinyani Boys in Kitui, Poror H in Baringo, Kangaru Girls in Embu and M.P Shah Chania High School in Kiambu.
The C2 list also includes Our Lady of Mercy – Mutomo Girls in Kitui, Chania Girls Secondary in Kiambu, Nyamira Girls in Siaya and Chuka Boys in Tharaka Nithi.
Other schools listed include Ikawa Secondary School in Tharaka Nithi, Kitale School – Secondary in Trans Nzoia, Nkuene Girls in Meru and Boma Boys High School in Trans Nzoia.
Learners can also find Eldama Ravine Girls in Baringo, Ahero Girls in Kisumu, Migwani Boys Secondary and Ikutha Boys in Kitui, as well as Ikutha Girls, Isiolo Boys and Nguutani Secondary School.
The schools shown in the C2 category are predominantly regular boarding schools, with options for both boys and girls as well as mixed institutions.
C3 Senior Schools
The platform lists 155 C3 senior schools offering the same combination.
Some of the schools displayed include Kalimani Secondary School, Thika Girls Karibaribi, St Johns Kwa Mulungu, Kyaani, Mutulu Secondary School and St Patrick’s Boys’ Mutomo Secondary School.
Other schools include Voo Secondary School, St Mary’s Kyatune Girls, Kiereni Secondary School, Kambandi Secondary School, Nyangoma Boys, Ikanga Girls, Mutomo Mixed and St Paul’s Akoko Secondary School.
The C3 schools are spread across counties including Kitui, Tharaka Nithi, Siaya and Baringo.

C4 Senior Schools
The C4 category has the largest number of schools offering the combination, with 708 institutions listed.
These include Lumi High School in Taita Taveta, Kiangochi Mixed Secondary School in Murang’a, Haji Yussuf Girls Day Secondary in Mandera, Katheuni Secondary School in Kitui, and Kiplombe Secondary School in Baringo.
The C4 list also includes Kithumula Secondary School, Kitunduni Secondary School, Kyeni Secondary School, Mikuyu Mikya Day and MithiiKwani Mixed Secondary School in Kitui.
Most of the schools shown in this category are day schools, although the platform also lists hybrid institutions.
Private Senior Schools
The selection platform lists 38 private senior schools offering the combination.
They include Brainstar Schools in Isiolo, Wamy Isiolo High School, Sunrise Girls High School in Machakos, CDI St. Mary’s Girls Secondary School in Isiolo and Katethya High School in Machakos.
Other schools include Bernard’s Vision School Ahero in Kisumu, Makiini in Nairobi, Midhills High School in Kitui and Kitanga Boys Secondary School in Machakos.
