Fatuma Abdi Jehow is a Kenyan politician, a Member of Parliament (MP) and the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM).
She was elected in the 2022 general elections as the women’s representative for Wajir County.
Jehow has been in the headlines after claiming that there are plans to rig the election to ensure that President William Ruto wins his second term in 2027.
She stated that MPs from the North Eastern region will support Ruto in 2027 to secure his re-election even without the votes.
Jehow remarked that it is no secret that MPs from the region will manipulate votes for Ruto to guarantee his victory.
“As MPs from North Eastern, speaking from Wajir, we don’t talk much. When it comes to the President, we say two terms. We are just waiting for the ballot, even if we don’t have votes, we will steal for him. That’s no secret,” she said.
