The KCB Group has announced new job opportunities across nine departments as part of its 2025 recruitment drive.
In a notice on October 9, the group announced that it is seeking qualified professionals with relevant academic credentials, industry experience, and strong leadership skills to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic growth.

Senior Manager, Trustee Services
Reporting to the Managing Director, the job holder shall oversee the operations and strategic direction of the trustee department, ensuring regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and the efficient management of trust assets and administration.
For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Professional Qualifications, i.e., Trustee Development Program of Kenya Certification, are essential.
- Professional Qualifications, like CISI/ICIFA/ CFA certification & ICIFA Practising Member, will be an added advantage
- A master’s degree in business or a related field is desirable
- 8 Years of cumulative work experience is required
- Five (5) years’ experience in the Trustee Services sector, three (3) of which should be in Relationship Management, is required.

Reporting to the Research Manager at KCB Asset Management, the role holder will be responsible for conducting investment research and performing market and industry analytics to aid in investment decision-making.
For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or any other finance-related course
- A master’s degree will be an added advantage
- An ICIFA practicing member is required
- Passed the CISI certification program stage one
- Competence in Financial Modeling
- At least five (5) years in an Investment Management firm, insurance firm, or Banking firm.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in research
- Should have ready-made models of their own
- Experience in the pension industry & capital markets is desired

Technology Vendor Manager
The holder of this role is responsible for overseeing the strategic management of technology vendors and optimizing their performance to align with the bank’s goals.
For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in any IT/Business-related field (Required)
- MBA or Msc (Added Advantage)
- Professional qualification/Certification in ITIL Foundation or Project Management (Required)
- Certification in Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent (Added Advantage)
- Certification in Certified Contract Manager (CCM) or equivalent legal/contracts certification (Added Advantage)
- At least 6 years’ work experience
- At least 6 years’ experience in IT service delivery, IT contract management, or general vendor management
- At least 6 years’ experience in negotiating and managing contract life cycles, with an emphasis on technology or IT service agreements
- At least 3 years’ experience in Project management, sourcing, business analytics, vendor relationship management, procurement, or prior vendor performance management background
- At least 2 years’ experience in managing large complex contracts in one or more IT categories, including hardware, software, service, and communication
- At least 2 years’ experience working with all key departments/internal stakeholders and knowledge of procurement and vendor management practices
- At least 2 years’ experience in project management

Hardware Support Specialist
Reporting to the Manager of End User Hardware, the Hardware Support Specialist will support the deployment of end-user hardware and related software.
The successful applicant should have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in any IT/ Related sciences
- Professional qualification/Certification in MCSE, CompTIA A+
- At least 2 years’ work experience.
- At least 2 years’ knowledge of end-user hardware and related peripherals, and operating systems (Windows, Unix).
- At least 1 year of knowledge of mass deployment and support solutions (cloning, SCCM, patch management); Network Services and protocols; Internetworking Technology; and Active Directory Domain Services
- Experience in Database management systems and Messaging, and Collaboration will be an added advantage

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Advisory, the role will be responsible for deal execution within the Advisory unit.
For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:
- A holder of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- Possession of CIFA, CFA, and CPA will be an added advantage
- Possession of a master’s degree in finance, Strategic planning or Business will be an added advantage
- 5 or more years’ Experience in investment banking, Corporate Banking, Private Equity and or structured corporate finance
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in financial modelling
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Credit Analysis/Quants
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Debt /Equity/Structured products transaction structuring and execution
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Team management/leadership

Branch Managers – Meru and Kiambu Branch
Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, the Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, growth and profitability of the branch and implementation of efficient and effective Operational, Risk Management, Customer Service and Sales Culture.
For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following: –
- A University Degree from a recognised university.
- At least 8 years’ experience in general banking
- At least 6 years’ experience as a Branch Manager in a Bank set-up.
