Deputy President William Ruto wants President Uhuru Kenyatta not to cause a postponement of the August 9 general elections.
Instead,Ruto who was speaking in Kitengela called on Uhuru to ensure that the country holds free, fair and credible elections.
Further, wants Uhuru to give IEBC an enabling and ample environment to conduct free and fair elections and let the peoples will prevail.
According to Ruto the country cannot afford to postpone the August elections.
On his part,ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi accused the President of alleged interference with the forthcoming polls.
Additionally, Mudavadi claims that Uhuru wants to force Azimio presidential candidate Raila Odinga on Kenyans.
Mudavadi wants President Uhuru to stop what he called a game of harassing IEBC officials.
On his part Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetangula asked President Uhuru to retire in peace and stop involving himself succession politics.
Wetangula says that Uhuru has captured the independence of the police.
The Bungoma Senator claimed Uhuru is using police to intimidate IEBC officials.
Wetangula told IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati not to be intimidated and focus on delivering a free election.
On Friday, police arrested three persons associated with IEBC at the JKIA after they were found in possession of IEBC stickers.
IEBC says intimidation of its officials might interfere with preparations for the elections.
