Latest survey by Infotrak placed the popularity of Raila Odinga at 42 percent ahead of his closest opponent Deputy President William Ruto.
The study shows that Ruto’s popularity ratings dropped to 38 percent, as compared to a prior survey conducted, which showed the two presidential contenders in a neck-to-neck race.
According to Infotrak, the study attributed this difference to the running mate choices made by both Azimio’s presidential flag bearer Raila Odinga and Kenya Kwanza’s William Ruto ahead of the August general elections.
