Ghost Mulee is a Kenyan radio personality currently working at Radio Jambo. He co-hosts the “GidiNaGhost” morning show, which addresses relationship problems.
His show is famously known as, “Patanisho” which is very popular in Kenya.
Age and Early Life
Ghost was born in 1968, in Jericho Nairobi. His early life depicted strength and resilience that made him a football legend. He was raised by a single mother in a family of eleven (11), him being the sixth born.
Despite the challenges, Ghost became a beacon of hope that shaped football in Kenya.
Ghost Education Background
He did his Kenya Certificate of Primary Education at St. Michael’s Primary School.
He later joined Ofafa Jericho High School where he completed his Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education.
He started his football journey while still in High school, which became his focus after he completed his Secondary Education.
Career Background
Ghost is currently a Co-host at Radio Jambo. He hosts the “GidiNaGhost” morning show that addresses the relationship issues. His show is famously known as, “Patanisho” which is very popular in Kenya.
However, he has a robust experience when it comes to football. Football is his first passion, a skill that he has worked hard to learn.
He experienced discouragement from his mother but still fought for his dream to become a football star.
“My mother used to beat me up when I came back from playing football and discouraged me from playing it. I think she is now dancing in the grave seeing what football has made me achieve,” he said.
In Form Two, he was a player and later became a captain when he was in Form Three. He won the Kadenge Cup tournament which is now commonly known as Coca Cola Cup.

He did not stop at that; his ambition was to become the Coach of the National Team. Joe Kadenge approached him to be part of AFC as a striker, a proposal that he politely declined.
He joined Iqbal FC in Division 2 and then proceeded to Volcano FC. He joined Re-Union FC, controversy emerged in the football Club forcing his exit.
In 1997, he was appointed the assistant coach of Tusker FC and took over as coach in 1998. Additionally, he has been a coach of APR Rwanda and Yanga FC of Tanzania and has won a league.
In 2006 he returned to Kenya, and he was appointed Coach of Tusker FC and won the CECAFA Cup, a major boost for his career.
Throughout his football career, he has been known to have a keen eye for local talent.
He became assistant Coach, and later he became Captain for the National, Harambee Stars for many years. He led the National team to the African Cup of Nations (AFCON). This was the first time Kenya played in AFCON after twelve (12) years.

Family
Ghost Mulee is married and has children. He has been married for over 26 years, a milestone that he proudly celebrates.
